I found the staff cute and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast offered many choices each morning. I enjoyed the pool area with available sun loungers. I also appreciated the complimentary cake served daily..
I experienced a very slight delay once while waiting for the complimentary coffee.

The staff was very helpful. They were great to assist me. The cake prepared daily by the chef at 3 PM was a good treat. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the mushroom, shallot, tomato, and thyme on toast was superb!!!
The mattresses felt quite old. The management mentioned they did not have extra mattresses available. I also found it difficult to walk from the waterfront due to the steep hill. I needed a taxi to get back. I had some issues with the cooked breakfast.

this hotel is amazing. i extended my stay because breakfast was delicious and afternoon snacks where offered. the staff arranged drivers and day trips for me. i also love the gin bar and cake of the day.
i had very high hopes for the hotel but the mattresses was not good. i had a bad nights sleep with no support. management did not changed out the mattress and they said all the mattresses in the hotel was the same.

I was disappointed with my stay. the mattress was old and offered no support. i asked for a replacement, but the hotel said they had no extra mattresses. compensation was refused, so i won't be staying at any associated hotels again. The mattress was uncomfortable though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The staff was super attentive. They catered to every need i had, really. breakfast included a wide variety of options. the daily complimentary cake left out was a nice touch. i even got a free room upgrade, amazing.
the mattresses in the hotel felt quite old. i didn't sleep well, and it lacked support.

the breakfast included superb fresh fruit. there were also many options for cooked breakfasts along with bread, pastries, plus limitless juice and hot drinks. the chef baked a cake daily; it was complimentary. for all guests. the gin bar offers additional treats.

the hotel has a convenient location. you can easily walk to waterfront areas. it is within easy walking distance of multiple shops. the surrounding neighborhood felt quiet and safe. i could explore the city easily.

the staff assisted with anything i needed. elton was especially helpful. he had deep knowledge of teas, which i greatly appreciated. i needed help with my bags and they were on it right away, even at odd hours. the team is really awesome!
